1.在安装目录bin下找到idea.bat 并在最后一行添加pause
2.执行idea.bat

解决办法：
打开C:\Users\.IntelliJIdea2019.3\config下的idea64.exe.vmoptions
注意！是C盘User下的，不是安装目录下的
更改使得Xmx>Xms
