今天从新安装了AS 然后真机安装app时出现以下错误提示

在运行的时候出现提示大致意思：卸载删除已存在应用程序，是否卸载现有应用程序，点击ok就会出现如下错误
解决办法：
方法一
clean project一下就好（本人试过有效）
方法二
原应用程序也没有卸载，然后自己手动卸载了，并且清理了内存，再次运行还是一样结果，原以为是我电脑的问题，换个电脑测试还是一样，这就有点尴尬了，后来查资料，经过测试，这个方法还是奏效的
File —> Settings —> Build,Execution,Deployment —> Instant Run
把Enable Instant Run to选项去掉再重新运行一遍就通过了
