Solution to oracle without listener

1. Investigation

cmd->lsnrctl status:
Look at the status of the local listener on the dos interface to confirm that there is indeed no listener.

2. Modify

There are mainly two places: Net Manager and Net Configuration Assistant:
check the local service name and listener program through Net Manager;
then use Net Configuration Assistant to modify the listener program configuration and local Net service configuration according to the simple online tutorial;
*Can be in [Service] Look at the startup of the file at the beginning of your own background oracle. If it is not started, you can manually open it.
*In the end, I still have the OracleVssWriteOrcl service not started, but it seems normal that it is not started and does not affect login.
*There is also a strange event == before I was connected to the mobile phone hotspot configuration listener, it may be that the host name of the sky filled in the IP connected to the mobile phone hotspot , which caused the connection to other networks to log in to oracle.
