Before learning to install, we must first understand the structure of medium-sized storage shelves. Medium-sized storage racks are composed of three parts: columns, beams, and laminates:
1. Column piece: It is composed of a column, a standing foot, a horizontal tie rod, and a diagonal tie rod. The column is of medium size 55 45 1.5. The column is punched at a distance of 50mm so that the layer can be adjusted up and down. The height of the column is a multiple of 50mm, and the usual height is 2000mm. The foot of the column and the horizontal tie rod play the role of stabilization.
2. Crossbeam: It is composed of crossbeam rods and hooks. There are 2 beams on each floor. When laying steel laminates, the beams are P-shaped beams, commonly used specifications of 60 40 1.5; the hook is the column clamp, the beam and the column are connected, and safety pins can be equipped , which is safe and reliable.
3. Laminate: composed of steel plate and reinforcing ribs. The thickness of the steel plate is designed to meet the load-bearing requirements; the reinforcing ribs make the shelf strong, stable and durable.

After understanding the medium-sized storage shelves, let's now learn how to install the medium-sized storage shelves together?
1. Before assembling, all the main parts and accessories in the package should be cleaned up and separated according to categories. Then pick out the column of the shelf.
2. After picking out the column, take out the triangle pieces that need to be fixed at both ends.
3. Install the triangles on both ends of each column, the top and the bottom of the triangles are the same in the installation direction, and they all face up at right angles. Note that the place where the bottom of the column is in contact with the ground should reserve enough height as the shelf foot depending on the environment of the installation site.
4. After fixing the triangle, start to install the shelf. In order to facilitate installation, first fix the first and last two pieces. The fixing method is: first fix the top of the column on the laminate, and then fix the other column on the laminate in the same way. The bottom installation is the same as the top. Note: Do not tighten the screws too tightly before the shelf is installed. After the installation is complete, make sure that the shelf shape is normal and there are no other problems before tightening the screws.
5. After the first and last two layers are installed, one column of the entire shelf is installed, and then the other layers are installed at the same or different layer spacing according to your needs, and the screws do not need to be tightened too tightly.
6. After determining the position of the shelf, turn the lying shelf over and fix the other side of the shelf respectively. When installing the remaining columns, pay special attention to the distance between the shelves, otherwise it will cause uneven shelves and unbalanced shelves. The best way is to count the number of holes between the laminates on the side where the column is installed, so that the distance between the laminates will not be a problem.
7. After fixing the remaining columns, stand up the entire shelf and place it on a flat ground. Gently shake the shelf to see if the shelf is stable. After confirming that there is no problem, use a specific screwdriver to reinforce all the screws. Finally, put the installed shelves in the place of use.
