Server deployment

Today's progress
Under the recommendation of my senior, I chose Alibaba Cloud's cloud server. After a meal, I finally successfully connected to the server remotely. According to many tutorials, the next step is to configure the environment (java, etc.), download apache, and mysql, but my MySQL website cannot be opened, all have not been downloaded yet. Up to now, I have configured the java environment and installed apache.
Today's problem
After apache is opened, garbled characters will appear, there is also mysql-related, and the principle of server deployment is not understood.
