As for increasing income after going to bed, besides going to work to earn money, there are many ways to make money that do not need to invest time, or that can continuously generate income after one investment.

For example, learn how to invest and manage money to make money; or spend a few months to write a book, as long as you sell well, you can get a large amount of royalties every month. You might say: these "income after bedtime" are a bit difficult for ordinary people.


Is there any income growth method that novices can use?

The answer is: Yes, and it is easier than you think.


Section 2: What is a personal business model

Your ability to make money depends on your personal business model, or how you sell your time.

What do you mean?

For example, if you work in a company and work from nine to five every day, five days a week, your boss will give you 5,000 yuan a month. After conversion, you sell yourself for 30 yuan per hour.

This is the business model of most people: Mark yourself a unit price per hour, and then sell your unit time to make money. Let’s start with a very simple arithmetic problem: If you have a monthly salary of 5,000, the income of one hour of work is 30 yuan. If you want to make a monthly income of 100,000 like a big cow in the industry, how long do you need to work?

The answer is: more than 3000 hours. Every day from 9 to 5, and no weekends, you need to work for more than a year to be worthy of others for a month.


What to do? The way to overtake on a curve

is to copy your own time and make a product of your own time, and then sell it again.


What is a product?

You can understand a book, a course, or an APP as a product; even an article, a video, or a consulting plan can be called a product.

As long as this product is valuable to others, someone will be willing to pay for it.
It is too difficult for ordinary people to make money by increasing their time unit price. And if you copy your own time, even if the unit price is low, you can win by volume.

Going back to the example at the beginning: If you want to make a monthly income of 100,000, you only need to invest 10 hours to make a product that can sell for 300 yuan, and then sell 300 copies a month.

The core idea of ​​this business model is: no longer rely on selling one's own time in exchange for compensation.

For example, teachers in schools should help students learn from mathematics to mathematics; business consultants should help the business revenue from bad to good; fitness coaches should help students from no abs to have abdomen... even travel bloggers We have to think about how to help fans better plan their travel routes, from not being able to play to being able to play.

As time goes by, you will find that many customer problems have common features. Simply put, you can sort out similar templates, which greatly optimizes your time efficiency.


Section 7: Scientific entrepreneurial methods

Do you think success can be copied? Of course you can learn to look at and learn from outstanding people.

How to find the pain points in the market? How to determine the correct positioning? How to design the product? How to find the "aha moment" of the product? How to do promotion activities? 第一步,就是找到市场痛点、精准个人定位。按照科学方法的六个步骤,首先你要选择一个自己感兴趣的咨询领域,然后提问:在这个领域中,有哪些痛点问题和需求,还没有被解决?

第二步是通过搜索引擎和问答网站,调研这个领域中大家最关心的问题和需求。

第三步则是挑选一一个最常见的问题,结合你自己的判断,假设它为市场痛点。

第四步是进行试验,可以向至少30个潜在客户提问,他们是否对一一个这样的咨询服务感兴趣或者更好的方式是,你甚至可以直接做一个“最小可行的咨询服务”,也就是MVP,测试市场是否有人愿意购买。

MVP ( Minimum Viable Product)是《精益创业》提出的概念,意思是创业要做“最小可行的产品”,比如你要做代步工具,不要一上来就开始造车,先用两个轮子、一块木板搭个滑板,再慢慢迭代成车。

第五步是分析数据,如果买单的人全是你的亲朋好友,并不能证明这项咨询服务有市场,因为他们可能只是捧个场一顺便提-一句:创业不要做熟人生意,切记。


第九节:读懂人性就能读懂需求

Some people take it for granted: "To master a foreign language"; some Some people say: "In order to better communicate with foreigners"; others say "Because the school lets us learn."

These are actually the needs of learning English. But what we can be sure of is that if any English training organization tells the customer the reason for the purchase just now, the sales will definitely be bad.

why?

Because they have not grasped the hidden demand of learning English. So what are the hidden needs of learning English?

The exam is the largest, followed by studying abroad and business. Few people learn English just to learn English. It's like why we don't need to learn French, because there are no exams and there are fewer students studying abroad.

Only by understanding human nature can we understand the market better.


Section 10: Aha moment to find the product

Airbnb, an online housing platform with a market value of 10 billion U.S. dollars, found in the early days of its business that its website had a lot of traffic but very few orders. They found through the backstage that most customers turned it off after seeing the house photos. The founder speculated that it might be because the photos taken by these homeowners were all taken with mobile phones, which did not show the true condition of the house at all, so he decided to hire a professional team to retake the photos from house to house with SLR. The result was not enough. Within a month, Airbnb’s orders tripled.

This is called Aha Moment in "Growth Hacker", that is, the moment when customers are brightened up, discover the core value of the product, and then cannot refuse to continue using the product.

Many people start their own business because they think the product is great, but the user growth is slow, and even no one uses it at all. This is because the user cannot get your points. There are so many products in the world, why must you use yours?
