Overview
This inclinometer is a high-precision, high-compatibility, and high-reliability wireless dual-axis inclinometer. It is mass-produced with self-developed automatic temperature and linear correction modules.
It can be applied to the measurement of inclination changes of basic structures such as dams, iron towers, retaining walls, ground subsidence, and landslide monitoring. The instrument is installed on the surface of the structure under test, and the tilt change of the structure can be obtained through long-term monitoring.
The built-in NB-IoT or 4G wireless communication module can send the monitoring data to the designated receiving server regularly, or download the historical data through the built-in serial communication interface with the mobile phone APP (can store 2000 records, cycle coverage) and perform instrument parameters Configuration.
Using low power consumption control technology, built-in large-capacity disposable lithium battery, can guarantee the normal operation of the instrument for about 3 years (measurement once per hour, send twice a day, increase the frequency of measurement and transmission, battery life will be shortened). The shell is made of aluminum alloy material, the surface is oxidized, and the joints are treated with sealing rings and potting. It has good waterproof and sealing performance and can work outdoors or in harsh environments for a long time.
Installation method
1. Horizontal installation
If it is a concrete structure, 4 M5*30 expansion screws can be directly installed on the flat surface of the tested structure or buried inside the tested structure;
If it is a metal structure, use 4 M5*20 screws to fix it on the measured object. The installation diagram is shown in the figure:

2. Vertical installation
The vertical installation consists of a vertical installation bracket and a wireless inclinometer. Vertical installation can be used for side walls, slope protection, bridge piers, towers and high-rise buildings and other environments with monitoring buildings. First , install the inclinometer on the mounting bracket with 4 M5 10 Phillips screws, and 4 for the concrete environment. The M8 60 expansion screw fixes the mounting bracket and the wireless inclinometer on the measured object together; the metal structure uses 4 M8*20 screws to directly fix the mounting bracket and the wireless inclinometer on the measured object. The installation diagram is shown in the figure:
