本人从事软件开发行业，是个典型的it男，工作15年了，一直也没有在意考什么等级考试，就是大家常说的活在了舒适区。期间曾参加过一次软考，以失败告终。随着年龄的增长，危机感也越来越强烈。浏览了一次次招聘网站，很多岗位要求中都有这么一条：有软件项目管理师或者pmp证书者优先考虑。之后，也会上网搜索pmp相关的考试知识，五大过程组，5A，131分通过等数字在脑袋里留下了印记。
四月分报名，本想参加6月的考试，由于疫情的原因，在2020/09/26终于参加了考试，并一次性通过考试，11月初出升级，虽然没有获得5A，但通过了就万岁。
我参加了51cto的培训，最初是观看王安老师的培训视频，每看完一个单元，会同步把汪博士的教材过一遍，这样要比直接看书效率高，并且，因为之前视频中，王安老师已经指出了每个关键知识点，再看书时就会有的放矢了。每节课后面，会有相应的几道题，虽然不多，但起到了巩固该节知识的作用，避免看视频时什么都会，一做题就是另一回事了。
视频看完一遍后，用更多的时间，刷题和复盘！这也是我认为最为关键的环节。我并没有系统的把pmbok通篇看一遍，内容太多，也记不住。我把pmbok当作一本字典，每次刷题，对于打错的题，对于蒙对了的题，认真在书中找到出处尝试着去理解。切记，要以pmp的角度去答题、理解题。搞清楚问的是哪个过程组，出题者出题是考的哪个知识点，这样对于理解题，提高准确率有很大帮助。
