Due to the limitation of a certain json file, you can copy it first
npm i --chromedriver_cdnurl=http://cdn.npm.taobao.org/dist/chromedriver --sass-binary-site=https://npm.taobao.org/mirrors/node-sass
Then npm install
The error report on my side is displayed as:
We are slimming down vue-cli to optimize the initial installation by removing the `vue build` command.
