Strategic blind spots and reflections under EL

I've always wanted to write some thoughts on this topic, but I don't know where to start. Until today, I saw an article that triggered the urge to write it. I quoted it as follows: "Among the Oscars, there is an award related to China, which is the best documentary Oscar, which describes Cao Dewang’s experience in building a factory in the United States. Another highlight of this award is that this film is also the first debut film in collaboration with Netflix after former US President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle switched to film and television circles. Think about the former first lady of the United States, a Chinese company born as a farmer. Filming at home is indeed a new thing."

Since the EL, we have basically been immersed in strategic A and diplomatic research. At the same time, it has also stimulated discussions around geopolitics, and then clarified the consensus of "throwing away illusions". We have a clearer view of the evil spirit of the enemy's death. Everyone also worked harder and worked harder, "I would rather die one step forward than die half a step back", and work harder and self-reliant. Of course, a strategy for optimizing the business environment has also been proposed, but it seems that these actions cannot be seen in the "wartime", and more relying on corporate social responsibility, participating in some Tech4ALL, telling stories and doing some corporate society "Responsibility" and the like, vaguely feel that there are not enough and blind spots, combined with our recent ecological work, we hope to cause reflection.

If we can’t really build a “business-friendly” platform in terms of products and ecology, we will not be able to build an ecosystem, and we will not be able to build a “friendly business environment” effectively. We can’t just stop at denouncing American hegemony. He internally thinks that we are too "leading" in such a closed loop, which lacks a strategic reflection on our thinking of doing products, doing business, doing business and doing platform. Is it true that as long as the world is leading, it must be hit? It cannot be exhaustive. There are positive and negative examples.

The core point of this article hopes to express: We are impulsive, motivated, not enough strategic reflection, to remove stress response and tackling key problems, and even do some strategic embedding and reserve, there should be a deeper reflection, why must be a blow to large enterprises, It can only be attributed to one reason, that is, "5G is too leading" this reason will have "attribution fallacy", so that we have a strategic blind zone, so that the road in the future will become narrower and narrower. Today, we still regard building a platform and building an ecosystem as only related to business, and not from the perspective of the life and death of the company and the perspective of reflecting on the "challenges" we have encountered so much. Our behavior is still not all employees. change.

Even, why we build ecological business, platform and enterprise digitalization is so difficult, it is also related to this, there must be a problem with the way we do things, if we can’t make in-depth and detailed changes in product design, development and release, and sales. It will definitely allow the surrounding ecological chain, business environment, and the country to continue to look at us with a kind of "worry", "fear" or even "threat". We ourselves are "innocent" and feel that we have suffered it for generations. In short, we still don’t have a “common language” in our dialogue with the world. Whether it’s current credibility, security topics, or technology, industry, ecology, and even business environment, we all say our own words, and the situation will never improve or ease. .

Therefore, while doing a good job in the present and changing in the future, we should calm down and reflect on whether we also have some areas that are not enough or need to be changed. This is not just a simple matter of making production competitiveness irreplaceable.
