Panel UI controls:
Color ("Glow" and "Glare"): A color wheel that adds color to "Glow" and "Glare". It can be changed even without UI. After creating the effect, store it in a layer style.
Threshold (luminescence): (min 1-max 255) control the amount of luminescence. A lower value will produce more halo on the picture.
Blur (glow): (min 1-max 100) to soften the glow effect. The higher the value, the softer the glow.
Glare shape (Glare): You can choose from 18 different glare shapes to get the ideal appearance.
Sample size (glare): (min 1%-max 100%) accuracy of glare. The lower the value, the higher the accuracy, but it will affect the creation time (making the creation time longer).
Threshold (glare): (min 1-max 255) controls the amount of glare. A lower value will produce more glare on the picture.
Glare size (Glare): (min 1-max 1000) glare size.
