- Lack of the innovative spirit to subvert the old ideas, we have been acting in accordance with the old recruiting new ideas, but no one can really evaluate whether our new recruiting ideas are correct. In the past two years, many groups have appeared, and our new recruiting ideas There are also many more competitors. With this kind of competition becoming fierce, I think what we need more is to find novel ways to show new recruits, and we can no longer use the original ideas of recruiting new shows. For example, we have been using PPT to show the studio, and I wondered if we could use other forms, such as video.
