  • After the drowsiness comes, still go to urinate once, which greatly improves the quality of sleep.
  • Determinants of sleep quality:
    • Sleep duration: sleep too late, lack of time, can’t get up when it’s time to get up
    • Comfort after falling asleep: Although you go to bed early, you sleep restlessly, hold your urine, bloat, upset, overheat and sweat, etc.
  • Close your eyes before going to bed, wear eye masks, and listen to some recordings to fall asleep earlier, but it may not improve your comfort after falling asleep.
