1. About the interview

This does not include some special cases, such as students with particularly strong abilities, and some students with second or third majors entering large Internet companies, and I focus on commonality, because I am not a very capable child.

When I first saw this priority, I did not agree with the employment of the training course> Shuangfei and non-major students, but in fact, in society, except for some relatively large IT companies that can start training you from 0, small companies actually It will pay more attention to when you will take over the project. It does not need to spend too much time and cost. And the children who come out of the training class can't say that the employment rate is 100%, but it is indeed higher than the employment rate of our double non-non-major students. high.

In short, I am completely at the bottom, and some of the facts I have experienced are indeed so. There are very few interview opportunities (of course, this may also be related to some influencing factors such as resume problems)

2. Fatal point 2 [No work experience]: In all the companies where I submit resumes, although the recruitment information shows the recruitment of fresh graduates/interns, carefully check the recruitment requirements information, and write the sentence [ required] Have 1-3 years of development work experience ]

yes, it is still the case. Many computer professionals have already participated in the internship since their junior year, so they fully meet the requirements. This is actually the company’s idea of selecting the best, and I was doing it in my junior year. What? Studying... In the hard work of self-study, as an ordinary second-degree student, I don’t have a familiar computer professional around me. I am a frog at the bottom of the well. I stay in school every day, even at the beginning, I didn’t even know that everyone started in their junior year. I have an internship. Stay in the library. Until later I learned about it through Niuke.com, but because of the various trivial matters of this major, I didn’t have time to do internship. I want to come now, but I didn’t know what I learned at the time. So as a dual non-specialty student who just came out for an internship and has no work experience, what other companies can I face? I think if luck is a little bit better, the startup company will accept it. Because It is cheap labor but willing to learn to improve themselves and work hard. It is nothing more than the first choice for startups. At present, most startups I know are actually recruiting fresh graduates. The early operation of startups can only be based on saving money. , And everyone with cheap labor, this is actually a two-way demand between startups and interns. Each takes what they need. 2. About the internship

As mentioned above, I was lucky enough to enter a startup company. Yes, I was able to enter. I feel very lucky. After all, on the one hand, facing my lack of ability, on the other hand, almost no company recruited and started work at the time of the national crisis. Rarely, I remember that there would be an interview. The first is to do written test questions. Of course, the written test questions are relatively simple and basic. During the interview, I felt very good at the time, and I was actually eager to get this opportunity. The boss would be very enthusiastic. He bought me a cup of coffee and gave me a bag of potato chips. When it was very difficult, I felt that even if I didn’t apply for the job, really, his heart-warming behavior has already given me great comfort. . you know the feeling you, continue to fight against the feeling was positive .

Since it is a startup company with few staff, I need one person to do multiple jobs. Although I applied for java back-end development, it is actually java back-end + app back-end. The front-end LayUI is used in Before that, I blamed me for being ignorant and ignorant. I never heard of it. Finally, due to various reasons, I chose to end this internship.

Three, about mentality

2020 is not over half of the year, but it is already quite difficult, and this may be just the beginning, and maybe there will be more difficult things afterwards, so I think it is vital to maintain a good attitude.

During the university, my mentality was almost always good, and the whole person was also very positive, but after I came to Shenzhen and started looking for an internship, I found that my mentality seemed to have not been right, and I couldn't treat everything as easily as during college. Dealing with every difficulty, and under the influence of the epidemic, every step seems to be getting harder and harder. Most of the time, I am even in a state of emotional breakdown, graduation pressure/work pressure/family pressure, various factors are more or less Or less, let me go to the edge of despair for a long time.

In addition, due to the absence of friends and classmates in Shenzhen, my own life has become more and more depressing. The tears I have shed until now in 2020 may be more than the four years of university combined. I still think about it all the time. Back in college, I don’t want to come out of society. 1. Don't be too eager to find a job, take your time

After this internship, I plan to change my position.

3. Choose startups when you really can’t choose

It's not that startups are not good, startups generally learn a lot for fresh graduates, but you have to know whether you have a strong body and a strong will to move forward under strong pressure. Most of the time, it is necessary to have one person and multiple jobs.
As the experience of the past, it is not recommended for girls to choose a startup company at all. Especially the direction is the back-end girl.

4. Although life is difficult, remember to adjust your mentality

Due to the impact of this year’s epidemic, I think most graduates are under pressure. Just like me, I always thought I was a man who could resist everything, but at best I was still a little girl. I was at a loss when I encountered difficulties. , I will only have unsatisfied tears streaming... Now I find how fragile I am... But I still have to adjust my mentality.
