People who often read my blog should know that I have a column about the soft test, and have always wanted to write about the experience of the soft test. I originally planned to wait for the senior to pass and share successful experience with everyone. However, I tested the letter management and the architect once, and the whole army was wiped out. Although it failed, let me share my experience with you. It also serves as a summary so that I don’t make the same mistake the next time I take the exam.
Personal background
As for me, my university major is computer science and technology, and my grades are good, so it’s not particularly difficult to get into the elementary and intermediate levels. Here I explain my background to you, so that you can better have a reasonable estimate of your level and foundation. After all, everyone's situation is different. You must find a method and time arrangement that suits you!
Below, I will follow the timeline of the exam experience.
I started my internship in the company in November 2017, when I was in my senior year. During the internship, I heard that the soft exam certificate is very helpful for job promotion. After the company’s salary reform, the title became Hard requirements. It was also because I was really not too busy during the internship, so I bought a book. This time it was a junior-programmer. The idea at the time was to try the junior first, for fear of failing. There is no tutorial book, just a book and real questions provided by the official website of the soft test.
First half of 2018
Of course, the internship started in November, familiar with the company environment, etc. At that time, the company still had a winter vacation for senior interns, and the vacation was slightly longer. The real review was also in March 2018. What everyone knows is that the first half year of our soft exam is in May, which means that it only takes two months to complete the exam. However, during this period of time, the graduation project has to be started by yourself, and the exam is put on hold. Of course, I will probably look at the content of the exam occasionally in my spare time, because I feel that the content of the exam is all the content learned in the university, so I didn't take it too seriously.
I also returned to school at the end of April and started preparing for graduation defense.
It started to waver when I was not at work. At that time, I remembered the wrong day for the exam. I thought it was a Monday exam, so I set aside a week in advance for review. After reviewing for three days, I found out that it was a Saturday exam. I was already in a rush, and went out that night to print out the admission ticket. The review time for these three days is from morning to night, because I have panicked before the exam, so I get up in the morning and start reading like a postgraduate entrance examination, except eating and sleeping at noon, I am reading. The real test is also the last set, which is basically 40+ from the back to the front. The last one is the last one I did the night before the exam, so I have a certainty of the time. In this way, I finished the primary exam at that time.
The result of this test is really due to the solid basic knowledge of the university. The grades in the afternoon are all code, so it is very easy. I have always been afraid that the grades in the morning are just right.
In fact, many people later told me that there is no need to take the test at the junior level. Of course, if you test the water like me and don’t care about the time, you can take the test. If you already have requirements for the advanced certificate, then I suggest you go directly to the intermediate level. Or advanced.
Second half of 2018
I officially graduated at the end of June 2018, and I was also officially working. Because they are already regular employees, their energy is focused on work. In July and August, I have been preparing for two examinations for entering the company and defending a formal defense. After becoming a regular in September, the soft test began to register. I went straight to the software designer, bought the book after I reported it, and started reviewing it. The books I bought are mainly three: a tutorial, a real problem book, and a book of exercises for each section.
Knowing that the intermediate level is definitely more difficult than the elementary level, it took more time. Because I just started working, I was trained at school before, so I didn’t work hard and rarely worked overtime. Sometimes I read books occasionally in my free time at work, and most of them go home to read at night. Basically, I read books 2 nights a week, and I read books for about 1-2 hours a night. This also depends on my physical and psychological conditions. Going to work during the day is really tiring, so I read for an hour at night, or go for a walk without reading. Sometimes the state is better, maybe reading from 7 to 10:30.
Of course, the most important time is the morning! It's about an hour's drive from my home to the company. I wake up at 6:30 in the morning and spend almost 20 minutes in the car reading the bookback concept. Why is it 20 minutes, not all, this is because I can’t help myself in the morning. I wake up too early, and I fell asleep when I watched it in the car. I personally really compare Buddhism, and I don't put too much pressure on myself, maybe this kind of effect will be better.
There is actually a small tip here, because the soft test books are very thick, all of which are 300+, but I can’t get it in the e-books. I use the pen to write and draw while reading, and it’s the same in the car. , So I will get every chapter from the book and divide the book into chapters and chapters. But if the chapters are not important, don't make them, and you won't read them. In this way, it is not too heavy for you to wear, and there is also a push-type pen, so you can read it when you take it out, and the pen with a cap will also lose the cap. If your situation is similar to mine, you can refer to my method. By the way, don't feel bad about your book. You bought this book to get your certificate. Passing the exam is more important than anything else.
This is because everyone is more afraid of the code in the afternoon, because many programmers around me are very afraid of handwriting code. The suggestion I give is to make exercise books. Many people may only recommend real questions. There are only a few sets of real questions, and there will be nothing if you finish it, and there will be nothing before you can summarize it. But the exercises will cover an entire chapter of the test content, so you can do ten real questions and sum up a set of your own problem-solving methods. Ten Dao does not work, then do 20 Dao. Remember the content and knowledge of the exam, and summarize the routines for solving the questions. Then there is no problem at all. Personally I feel that the most important thing is to summarize. You must have your own ideas and gains when you do the questions. Otherwise, you will only look at the answers when you do a hundred questions. You feel that the answers are written correctly, but you have no ideas at all when you encounter new questions.
One week before the exam, I must take care of myself, forcing myself to read books every night after get off work, endorse books in the morning, and increase the time and frequency of reading according to the approach of the exam. We also need to use fragmented time. After all, we are at home at work, and we have to use the rest of the time. The main thing to do is to do the real questions. The morning part or afternoon part of a set of real questions every day. After all, to do all the questions in one night, it depends on the answer analysis and error analysis time is not enough. If the foundation is weak, this week can be extended to two to three weeks or one month.
Everyone has seen that I have never said how I review on weekends, but I am really embarrassed to say that there are basically waves on weekends. After going to work, I found out that a lot of time was not my own. I went to this relative’s wedding, went shopping, went to eat with friends and so on. So I rarely review on weekends. I just started to have arrangements, but I felt that the arrangements were of little significance and made my heart full of guilt, so I gave up. Review well during the week and rest well on weekends. If I don’t have enough time, I can use the time from Sunday afternoon to evening, thinking that I usually take a good rest on Sunday and prepare to go to work on Monday, so I make good use of this time. The rest is up to everyone to arrange.

Then I started to wave, because I just graduated, the advanced exams were useless, and I was thinking about making money for myself. I had to have fun and relax myself. I didn't register for the exam in the first half of 2019.
The second half of 2019
This time, I signed up for the letter management. Why did I sign up for the letter management? I didn't understand what the senior test was in the first half of the year and the second half of the year. I think that the senior level is tested once a year, the first half of the year is for the architect, and the second half of the year is for the credit management. Then I discovered the truth after I signed up. Ugh! But what can I do if I have already signed up, bite the bullet.

I bought a lot of books because I didn't have project experience at the beginning, which was very embarrassing. The book includes the tutorial provided by the official website + real questions + exercise book + 32 hours to pass
The 32-hour pass here is still borrowed from others, but it is highly recommended because there are more tutorials, more than 900 pages, what do you think? The 32-hour pass is more refined and summarized, and the textbook can be used as a dictionary query.
Because the advanced level is more difficult, it’s not something I’m familiar with. I’ve invested more time, and I’ll start preparing after I’ve signed up. If I’m in good condition, I’ll be reading at night 4 or 5 days a week. If I’m in a normal state, there may be 1 or 2 in a week. Reading. It's more casual, because many of the work is not fixed. When I work overtime and go home, even if I have time to read and have no energy, it is a waste of time. It should be two months of reading the book carefully.
The review here is a bit crooked, because I have no project experience, a lot of my energy before the exam is on memorizing the paper, ignoring that the most stressful thing is the case analysis.
The case analysis is one and a half hours, three big questions, one big question half an hour, one calculation, two theories. Why is it more difficult? The first is that I did not review well, which made my theory not solid and I could only compile a little bit. The second is that the calculation problems were not practiced, but only the formulas were memorized, and I thought I could handle them. As a result, the way people took the test changed, and I couldn't do it anymore. The suggestion here is that the calculation questions must be 80% correct (this is what I said when I listened to a teacher’s lecture later). Why, think about the calculations as formulas, summarize your own routines and test The content and knowledge points will not change. If you think 80% of the theoretical questions are correct, it is actually difficult. The knowledge points covered are too wide to memorize so many things. Another point is that the time for case analysis is actually very tight. I almost didn't finish the exam. Why? It’s because the review is not good. When I encounter a problem like this, I can’t immediately write down and start writing, and have to struggle for a long time about what to compile. The time is naturally tight, and the time is really nervous. If you write slowly or calculate slowly, you will treat yourself. Write the answer sheet for the affirmative answer directly. It is not recommended to write the answer sheet for the first time in the calculation. Because the calculation is prone to errors, it is best to write the affirmative answer on the answer sheet. The final answer is calculated several times to make sure there is no problem. . This is all based on the fact that when time is too late, you can master it yourself before you have time. You can directly upload the answer sheet to improve the accuracy rate and directly upload the answer sheet.
The paper was indeed beyond my expectation, and the test was quite good. The experience for everyone is that the steps of the "ten major processes" must be kept in mind, no matter what method you use, you must write it down! In this way, the general framework of your thesis comes out. Many tutors in the remedial class will say that they will give you a fixed frame of 1,300 words, and the others will be compiled according to their own projects. This is not really suitable for me. After all, I have no project experience, and the thing that gives me a headache is the leftovers. The next part. I probably read three or four papers. You might think that I have read a lot, but I didn’t. I found a paper that I thought was well written and copied and recited! Of course, it is not the kind of recitation in elementary school. It does not miss a word. It is to follow your own understanding, remember each step inside, and what to do in general. It can be described more officially in your own language. In fact, no matter what the content of the test is, your project will remain the same, only the steps in your process will change! Also, now the paper tends to test multiple processes for one topic, which is better. I cover a little bit of all the processes, and I need to edit even less by myself. Just memorize it and write it silently. Of course, if you have energy, I suggest to memorize a few more excerpts. When I was young, everyone had read "Good Words, Good Sentences, Good Paragraphs", that's what it means. If you forget this article here, just use another one you remember as a substitute. Up. There are too many words to finish writing. I didn't find this problem because my thesis was written silently, without thinking at all, it was finished in about an hour. If you can’t finish writing, practice more. The premise of my recitation is to copy. I can copy it with my own hand to reflect it in my mind. If you write slowly, copy it a few times before the exam to deepen the impression and increase the speed. (Personal experience, for reference only)
Choose in the morning. Actually, I don't have any good experience. I read the 32-hour book. The knowledge points are all on it. It is wide and complex. I can only memorize it by rote. There is no other good way.
I have always used my morning bus endorsement, and read the book well in the evening! Recite the key concepts summarized in the morning, watch new chapters and do exercises in the evening! On weekends, read the book well in the afternoon and evening on Sundays.
The above are my results, but I was actually trying the water, but I didn’t expect that the test was not bad!
Small tip: Don’t put too much psychological pressure on yourself. It will be difficult to verify your own work. Don’t be full of guilt without reviewing overtime. The most important thing is to calm your mind.
The time has come to 2020. As for the first half of 2020, why didn't you take the exam? Because of the epidemic, I didn't plan to review it!
The second half of 2020
This is the second half of 2020. Of course, what I am taking is my old profession, the architect! But glory never passed.

The book I bought is still a tutorial + real questions + 32 hours + exercise book
Here, I don’t recommend 32 hours. I don’t know why. The architect’s 32 hours doesn’t seem as comfortable as trust management. I don’t feel that there are many things I can get, and the summary is general. Many important chapters are all in one. Two pages are gone (it may be that my usage is wrong here, don’t use kong, kong is you right, dog head saves your life).
There are also learning methods: I have also become watching videos, learning videos found on station B, and the other thing is that the architect’s materials are really small, I don’t know if there are too few people taking the exam or what’s going on. Can't find one that suits you. Everyone needs to pay more time and energy here. Remember to watch the video and take notes. Although I haven’t taken the test, it’s really important to take notes. Many people think that if you watch the video, it’s enough to spend time, but you have to watch the video seriously and take every one of them I wrote down all the knowledge points (because I didn’t read the textbook). If I had to remember, I basically need about two hours to finish watching an hour’s video.
The other methods were basically unchanged. I felt that the review period was too drifting. I was completely on the waves. I didn't review it for a month, probably less than 20 days. I was planning to make a surprise one week before the exam, but the company temporarily arranged a new project, and worked overtime and overnight. I was still working overtime the night before the exam. As a result, I not only did not study well, but also did not rest well, so I chose to go to sleep for the morning exam. In the examination room. After making the choice in a daze, it was really sleepy and tired. It happened that the classroom in the north had the sun and heating, so I fell asleep directly. It feels like there is no show in the morning, and I went home directly in the afternoon!

Some minor issues
- Everyone is always entangled whether to apply for a class
My suggestion is of course based on my own situation.
If you don't have any basic knowledge, and you can't read the textbooks, then report to the class decisively and don't waste time.
The most feared thing is to start to wave with the foundation (just like me). If you can rest assured to ensure that the time for reading is in place every day, then you can do it yourself. If you don’t have strong willpower and you just run away when you review and review, then I suggest that you report to the class to study with everyone, have a companion, and make progress together, so that you can also urge yourself. Of course, teachers need to sum up their experience and so on. If you can't find the key points while reading, you can apply for classes.
It’s not an advertisement, because now Xisai, the Xinguan Network, you can just register for a class at four or five thousand, and the guaranteed class is even more than tens of thousands. Our company’s high-level certificate is only issued a hundred yuan a month, it feels not Good deal. I recently listened to the Thaksin Management class at station B, and I felt pretty good, and I only contacted him for 200 yuan. See if you are willing, go search it yourself, I am suspected of advertising. (This teacher is only Intermediate and Advanced in Information Management. The architect can find it by himself. I haven't found it yet. Let's share it after I find it.)
- When to start reviewing
Everyone has seen why I have a good score on the credit management test. Is the architect so uncomfortable directly? It is because I have estimated my review time.
For office workers like us, the time is the company's not our own. When there are projects and when to work overtime are not controlled, so the sooner you start to review, the better! In this way, if you have to work overtime afterwards, if you don't have time to review, you can also deal with it calmly!
- How to find information
This question is a bit idiot, IMHO. Everyone is learning computer, Baidu, colleagues' previous sharing, and the content in major official accounts, although most of them pay, you don't pay for them (the poor ghost learning method). Especially if there is a daily practice in the XX Mini Program, it is not too convenient to sit on the bus and swipe! (Refusing to advertise starts with me)
