Deliberate practice
The 10,000-hour rule should be known, but the deliberate practice process has to be out of the comfort zone. This is very difficult for people. Many people set a goal and set a goal every day. Slowly pass this way to make yourself deliberately practice. This The method itself is not wrong, but I think the time is wrong. Change it to weekly or monthly, and my mental world will feel better. For example, if I wanted to learn English before, I set a very simple goal and memorized 2 every day. In the end, I gave up because I didn’t learn it for several days during the process. Because I had something, my inner world had already denied myself. I couldn’t learn 2 words every day. At this time, I will learn it again. It will be very painful. If you change it to one week or one month, you can avoid these abnormal fluctuations from affecting yourself. In the end, I gave up English because I simply compare it. The possibility of realization is very small. Sometimes it is not bad to give up. The reason for giving up is that I know enough about myself and the learning environment that is not suitable for me. The same is true in financial management. Take notes

Such knowledge is useful. For example, I often collect some people’s writings. But when I opened it, I’ve forgotten it, it’s not my own. And when we look at a great literary writer like Qian Zhongshu, will he have a lot of books at home? Actually, there are not, but there are many notebooks and many bosses. The company likes to publish books. In fact, this choice is wrong. For people who understand knowledge, you know your level as soon as you speak.
