Nginx is a very powerful high-performance Web and reverse proxy server. The following describes how to set up auto-start after installation under Centos8.
First, create the nginx file in the /etc/init.d/ directory of the linux system, use the following command:

Pay attention to the pink bold part, you need to change the path to the corresponding path of your own machine.
Next, set the file access permissions:
chmod a+x /etc/init.d/nginx (a+x parameter means ==> all user can execute all users can execute)
Finally, add nginx to the rc.local file, so When booting, nginx will start
vi by default. /etc/rc.local,
add
/etc/init.d/nginx start,
save and exit,
it will take effect next time you restart, realizing the self-starting of nginx.
