In view of the above experience, by closing the open software programs, the elimination method was used to rule out which software caused this reason one by one. It is caused by Tencent Cloud. Close Tencent Cloud and you can edit, copy and paste normally.

At present, it is found that the cloud computing process of Sogou Input Method and Tencent Cloud have affected the editing function of arcgis vector data.
