To develop domestic Kylin system applications, it is necessary to use Galaxy Kylin V4. Both versions V7 and V10 have been installed before. This time, I recorded the process of installing Kylin virtual machine on vm, which is convenient and fast to install on the virtual machine.
Prepare in advance
- Vmware 16 virtual machine software
Download VM16 version and above vmware virtual machine version, otherwise there is no CentOs8 option, download and install it by yourself.
- Kylin mirror
download the mirror corresponding to Kylin, the author's mirror accumulation is:
Install Galaxy Kylin Virtual Machine
Step 1: Open the virtual machine software
Step 2: Create a new virtual machine
The author did not try the centos7 of vm15 to install the centos8 system, but directly uninstalled the 16 installed from 15. After all, the technology and software are being upgraded, so the vm is replaced by 16.
vm16 has centos8 option, as shown below:
The processor is selected according to my own computer. The author has 8 cores and 16 threads. The virtual machine is divided into 2 cores and 2 threads:

Step 3: Install Kylin Galaxy Kylin system on the virtual machine
To change the virtual machine to boot from the image (when there is no system, it will automatically boot from the DVD), as shown below:
