1. Overview

Workflow refers to the complete process of a business that occurs within an enterprise from initiation to completion, which is completed by multiple departments, multiple positions, coordinated through multiple links and sequential work. Simply put, a workflow is the process of converting a set of inputs into an output.

For example, in the purchase order made earlier, after the purchaser initiates the process, it needs to be approved by the purchasing minister, and then approved by the finance department. After the approval, the purchase order will take effect. How to do this?

2. New process

1. Click the business process setting tab page of the module, and click [Add Process].

2. Enter the process design interface , the process design interface is mainly composed of three parts, the middle is the design interface, where the flow chart is drawn; the left is the icon library, you can drag and drop components to the middle design interface for editing; the right is the property configuration,

3. Process icon description

    Click on the right side of the process interface, you can see that there are many icons for drawing processes.

	Process start event
	Flow Arrow (Sequence Flow)
	Commonly used process activities: UserTask and ServiceTask UserTask  : mainly used for personnel to approve reports and view processing documents and flowchart information (manual processing) ServiceTask  : Mainly used for data pushdown to generate main table or sub-table, or to send notification information , to process other setting requirements, etc. (automatically processed by the system);
	X graphics (exclusive branch): Indicates that the active object is selected according to the conditional judgment set on the (sequence flow); + Graphics (parallel branching): Represents an active object after executing multiple (sequential flows) at the same time;
	end event
	You can set embedded sub-processes and external sub-processes ( process settings are also more complicated )
	Boundary events: You can force the end of the process, you can monitor events to send notifications and e-mail or SMS notifications, etc.

 

The above is the use of the basic icon functions that the platform has involved in, and there are some complex icons that have not been covered, to be added!
