1. Add a "CD/DVD drive" to the system on VMware, using the ISO image "CentOS-6.5-x86_64-LiveDVD.iso".

3. Enter the prompted VMwaretools directory, extract
mkdir /home/foouser/vmwaretools
tar zxvf VMwareTools-10.0.0-2977863.tar.gz -C /home/foouser/vmwaretools/
4. Execute the installation command
cd /home/foouser/vmwaretools /
cd vmware-tools-distrib/
./vmware-install.pl #According to the prompts, the easiest is to directly default all
5. On VMware, virtual machine settings, options, shared folders, follow the prompts
6. In View the shared directory
/mnt/hgfs/windows_foodir in the virtual machine
