The reason is that the jdk version is too high, I use 9, so I can change jdk to 1.8, but I still report this error, the reason is that I did not delete the original 9, and hadoop is configured with 9. And hive will automatically load the hadoop configuration

so change hadoop configuration vim hadoop-env.sh

Conclusion: The program still uses stable instead of the latest version

2 we dont support retries at the client level

1. Modify the character set of mysql  
2. alter database hive character set latin1; 
   
3. Then change the version of mysql driver
