Thonny is currently the default Python development environment on the Raspberry Pi. The IDE was developed by the Institute of Computer Science of University of Tartu.
The Thonny environment comes with Python (currently the latest version is 3.6.4).

The biggest feeling is that it is concise and the interface is simple (the right window in the screenshot below is not opened by default).
The only regret is that there seems to be no option to modify the development environment scene. There is no way to turn on the eye protection mode, and the white background is too harmful to the eyes for a long time.
