Install and troubleshoot purcell/emacs.d network issues

Install:

$ git clone https://github.com/purcell/emacs.d.git ~/.emacs.d

Access the lisp library without https:

$ sed -i 's/https/http/g' ~/.emacs.d/lisp/init-elpa.el

Finally start the installation:

$ proxychains emacs -nw
