1. Implement a new view type: BCGP_PLANNER_TYPE_WEEK_DAYS. You can use this view to display the week in multi-column mode in place of the standard week view.
2. BCGPPlannerManagerCtrl: Added a new property "Schedule Time Delta Day". Setting it to TRUE allows more appointments to be displayed on the screen without scrolling the planner view. Call the new method CBCGPPlannerManagerCtrl::SetScheduleTimeDeltaDay to set the "day" scale instead of the standard "time" scale (60, 30, 20, ... minutes).
3. The Schedule View will now automatically stretch to take up all available space.
4. Implemented the ability to display item tooltips in the entire appointment: Add the SetToolTipWholeArea and IsToolTipWholeArea methods to the CBCGPPlannerManagerCtrl class.
