Before starting the application, please go to https://www.jetbrains.com/student/ to read the introduction and frequently asked questions of the free student authorization, and then follow the procedure below to apply.
The official email account of the registered school, for example: Northeast Forestry University: [email protected]
Website address: https://www.jetbrains.com/student/ Click the Apply button to start the application.
After applying, a message will be sent to your email. Students authorize the application to register their own JetBrains account with the school's email account according to the guidelines.
Log in to https://account.jetbrains.com to confirm authorization. Log in with the JetBrains Account you just registered, and the validity period of the applied student authorization should be displayed.
Note: If the blue button "Please review License Agreement" is displayed on the webpage, it means that the steps to agree to the authorization terms have not been completed before, and please click this button to complete the steps to agree to the authorization before obtaining the student authorization.
After installing IDEA, activate the product with your JetBrains account.
