Windows2008 server and win7 how to unban ping
 
Now after some optimization tools (360, Rubik's cube) are optimized, there is a situation where you can ping others, but cannot be pinged by others.

Server Manager - Settings - Advanced Security Windows Firewall - Inbound Rules
 
Find "File and Printer Sharing (Echo Request - ICMPv4-in)" right click... select "Enable Rules"
