About foreground service removal notice

Just use one service to start another service, open the foreground service in the started service, set a notification for it, and then call stopself() before the service starts to run, and call stopForegroud() over onDesreoy(). The reason is that the two services share a notification, killing one and the remaining one is the foreground service without notification.
