Today on a new server, using MyEclipse 10.7 to connect Tomcat 6, but when using MyEclipse to start Tomcat, the following window error message pops up, "Could not find the main class: org.apache.catalina.startup.Boostrap.Program will exit."
After searching, it was found that the main reason may be the incompatibility between the versions of MyEclipse and Tomcat. In fact, the solution is very simple. In the configuration interface of Tomcat 6.x, select "Add JAR/ZIP" in "Append to classpath", locate %Tomcat_HOME%\bin\tomcat-juli.jar, and then start Tomcat , there is no problem. As shown below:
