In the project, some project managers did not communicate when they should be due to a bad mood, low enthusiasm, laziness or fluke, etc., resulting in delay or accumulation of project problems, which eventually led to the failure of the project. 个人总结

在集成或开发项目中,首先需要做的就是制定项目总体工作计划,之后按照计划一步一步实现,然后在项目开展的过程中,不断地沟通交互,完善工作计划安排,并牢牢地执行下去,这样项目才不会出大纰漏。
