Recommend a tool for team task management. www.asana.com, a perfect replacement for a daily newspaper.
advantage:
1. Very handsome. The interface is beautiful, the work of the co-founder of facebook alone.
2. It seems that teamwork is very convenient. (not officially used yet)
3. There are mobile phone and ipad versions, and the push is cool
There are two disadvantages
1. Tasks only have an end time, not a start time. -- This is likely to be used only as a substitute for teamwork
2. Domestic access to asana is relatively slow
