Install tortoise 1.8 on win7

I reinstalled the system yesterday, but I was too lazy to install win7. I didn't know why until yesterday, but I couldn't access the Internet. The network manager looked at the 'status' of my network card, and found that there were no connections in it. XP didn't even show 0, so he suggested me to reinstall. Just reinstall it, I haven't found a reason for the new win7 system.

After installing the system, I found that the red and green icons of the svn folder are gone. So I went to download the latest 64bit tortoise client (my win7 is 64bit), and after installing it, I found that it was still the default folder, and still no red and green icons were displayed. I looked at the icon overlay in the setting , and it was not much different from the old version. Someone on the Internet said to restart, so I randomly chose a new icon theme to restart, and sure enough, beautiful red and green icons appeared again.
