Create bookmarks
1. Download VP-Sample-Project.vpp from the vp official website .
2. Open the downloaded project file in Visual Paradigm.
3. Open the Business Process Diagram instead of the initial structure, you can get the following diagram :

4. Select the graph to save as a bookmark. This tutorial has chosen this area to cover tasks such as Perform General Inspection , Perform Urgent Fix , and Perform Detailed Testing .

Note that if you want to bookmark the entire chart, just click on the background of the chart.
5. Select Diagram > Bookmarks > Add Bookmark... in the toolbar to add a new bookmark.
6. In the Add Bookmark window, enter Car Inspection (Core) as the bookmark name. Bookmark names here should preferably be unique and recognizable at a glance.

7. Select the folder in which to store the bookmark. Here we try to store it in a new folder. Click New Folder... Enter Business Workflow as the folder name.

8. Click Add .
Use bookmarks
Select Diagram > Bookmarks > Bookmarks > Business Workflow > Car Inspection (Core) in the toolbar to select the area of the graph saved as a bookmark.

Manage bookmarks
In the Organize Bookmarks window, you can sort, rename and change properties of all your saved bookmarks. The Organize Bookmarks window can be found via Diagram > Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks... in the toolbar .
