Each step is divided into a different management interface. User management takes the form of a list, with 10, 20 or more displayed per page. User management, movement and other operations will be switched in different interfaces. It feels that the operation process will be very cumbersome and the display is not intuitive.
DzzOffice is mainly designed for small and medium-sized teams and enterprises with a few to hundreds of people. The main functional goals to be achieved are:
Conveniently add, delete, and move institutions, departments, and sub-departments

Export users in bulk
Multi-level administrator settings for institutions and departments reduce the burden of system administrators, and each institution and department can more flexibly achieve their own needs.

In view of the above goals, it was finally decided to use a tree structure to design.

Users can easily understand through the icon buttons in the upper left corner, add institutions, add departments, add personnel, import users, search, and help. Basically, you can complete all setting operations without reading the operating instructions. Users, departments, etc. move, just use the mouse to drag to the desired location. Including the settings of the department administrator, just drag the personnel from the personnel list on the left to the frame page on the right.

The disadvantage of using the tree structure management method is that if the number of users is too large, the operation will be inconvenient. The efficiency of the entire tree will also be an issue. During development and testing, the operation efficiency of tens of thousands of users in the entire tree structure is acceptable. The drag operation is difficult to use because the tree is too long. But it is very convenient for the management and use of dozens to hundreds of people.
In addition, because the operation is too convenient, it is easy to cause misoperation. For example, when dragging the user, it is easy to hold the wrong position. The good thing is that it's also easy to drag him back. Ha ha.
In the design of DzzOffice itself, all management functions are also accessed in the form of applications. If necessary, you can also make another user management application for the case of a large number of users. Users can choose which user management application to use according to their own situation.
