2. Business requirements

At present, SDIC Biology has completed the construction of multiple application systems, including: UFIDA nc (financial and supply chain, etc.), financial consolidation system, infrastructure system (plant/factory construction, etc.), pan-micro OA system, etc.; the data accumulation stage has been completed It is basically completed, but the following problems are encountered in the stage of data application and value play:

  1. In daily work, it is often necessary to manually report the summary data level by level. The data required by each business department is repeatedly filled in, and the information and data between departments are still shared by telephone and email, which is inefficient;
  2. The company's management cannot intuitively understand the real-time information of the company's relevant operations and safety indicators;
  3. Some subsidiaries of SDIC Biology were acquired by the group, and the business system could not be unified. The front-end data collection and display were unified and the group lacked a unified data interaction channel.

3. Solutions

4. Application scenarios

1. Safety production management

There are many sources of danger in SDIC’s branch companies, including finished product tanks, alcohol tanks, etc. In order to conduct regular operation and maintenance management of equipment, it is necessary to conduct safety assessment, registration and update of equipment personnel information, safety budget execution and balance analysis wait.

Before the launch of the FanRuan platform, each company needs to start reporting the budget implementation, equipment evaluation information, hidden danger rectification, contractor accident records and other forms on the 20th of each month, which are often collected by the end of the month, and then compiled and edited to form a report.
