Miscellaneous talk--how to deal with oral ulcers

in conclusion

Let me talk about the conclusion first, no need to take medicine, just drink plenty of water.

My experience

I had severe oral ulcers before the age of 35. Basically, it hurt for 2 weeks at the first episode, and then it started to reoccur after a day or two of rest. Most of the time, the old ones are not good, and the new ones come again.
This problem, although it is not a big deal, but eating, swallowing, and even talking will hurt. I didn't take less medicine, and I didn't think less about solutions, but none of them worked.

Until an accidental day, I recalled another oral ulcer. It seemed that I drank less water in the past few days, so I deliberately replenished a lot of water. Ulcers disappeared after 3 days. Afterwards, I summed up my experience many times and found that once I drink less water for 3 consecutive days, oral ulcers will inevitably occur on the 4th day. If you drink enough water, you won't get ulcers.

If you are hydrating, how much should you drink?

If you have to drink water for half an hour to an hour, you have to go to the bathroom, otherwise you can't hold it back, so it will be good for 3 or 4 days.

Personal experience, shared with everyone, does not necessarily apply to everyone. But for friends who have this trouble, such a cost-free thing, there is no harm in trying it.

If it works, please leave a message to let me know, so as to help more friends, thank you very much.

Finally, I wish everyone a happy new year, good health, and ulcers away!
