PrivacyIN's first phase of ZK training camp is completed, academic and investment mentors are escorted throughout the process

The first ZK training camp of the PrivacyIN Privacy Academy initiated by the LatticeX Foundation has completed nearly a month of courses. Intensive, practical and practical courses are widely respected by cryptography enthusiasts.

In the first and second weeks of the course, Zhang Yupeng, assistant professor of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Texas A&M University, vividly explained the basics of ZKP cryptography, and provided an overview of current ZKP research. Explore zkSNARKs classic protocols (Groth16, Plonk, Stark), and explain the basic principles of protocol implementation in simple terms.

In the third week of the course, Dr. Han Siyuan from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology gave a practice-oriented introduction to the application of ZKP circuits, mainly including an overview of L2 circuit development, zkEVM research, and ZK classic circuit analysis. A large number of practical cases have generated heated discussions among the students.

In the last week of the course, Kevin, a senior cryptography engineer, explained the circuit application practice in detail, and used Snarkjs+Circom to build a simple application example of ZKP neural network prediction and publish it to the blockchain network. The workflow includes: parameter construction, circuit design, zkey generation, verification contract, transaction and verification, etc. Fully enhance the students' practical perception and ability.

Among the students in this training camp are developers from well-known companies such as Google, Tiktok, and Twitter, as well as students from universities such as Stanford, the University of Tokyo, and Tsinghua University. And there are hundreds of students who participated in the off-site and online learning, and the students in the training camp listened carefully to the class and completed the homework with high quality. It is worth mentioning that, in order to enable more students and developers around the world to participate in the learning of cryptography, PrivacyIN invited Assistant Professor Wang Xiao from Northwestern University to participate in the first open class on cryptography, introducing the machine based on the ZK protocol Learn the design of privacy protection, and analyze the structure of Mystique protocol and the problems it solves in detail. After finishing the course for nearly a month, the ZK training camp graduation project has started. The setting of the graduation project is not only to test the learning results in stages, but also to explore the integration of theory and practice.

During this period, the teachers, academic leaders and institutional investment mentors in the training camp will participate in the whole process, aiming to discover the different "sparks" in the graduation project. At the same time, students who participate in the graduation project will receive generous incentives.
