1. Project background
The Fifth People's Hospital of Taizhou City is based on the establishment plan of medical institutions of Taizhou Municipal Health Commission, in accordance with the requirements of the "Regulations on the Administration of Medical Institutions" and "Several Regulations of the Ministry of Health on the Administration of Medical Institutions" (Wei Yi Fa [2008] No. 35) , Jiangsu Provincial Health Commission approved the establishment of Taizhou's first hospital mainly for the treatment of mental illness. It will build individual buildings such as outpatient medical technology building, internal and surgical inpatient building, and psychiatric inpatient building. Providing specialized treatment places will effectively improve the comprehensive level of medical treatment in Taizhou.
Taizhou Fifth People's Hospital is currently in the preparatory stage, and will be planned and constructed in accordance with the standards of a third-level mental hospital. The hospital will adhere to the design concept of "taking patients as the center and business personnel as the main body to comprehensively improve the level of decision-making, management and diagnosis and treatment", follow the relevant domestic medical and health standards, and combine the advanced foreign standard system to carry out overall planning for the hospital. 2. Project goals
