There is user feedback, and AI push is turned on, but the pictures are not fully displayed on the homepage of the platform, only half of the pictures are displayed, please help us to troubleshoot. Based on user feedback, we immediately conducted a troubleshooting.
The AI intelligent detection of the EasyCVR platform is an intelligent analysis gateway hardware deployed with an AI algorithm, which pushes detection pictures to the platform, and then the platform displays them on the front end.
1) First, let's check whether the picture pushed by the intelligent analysis gateway is complete. Enter the software to find the ai_images file to view the picture, it is indeed completely preserved;
2) Second, check whether the software calls the photo URL normally. By calling the interface and viewing the folder where the AI pictures are saved, there are complete pictures in it, and the problem of the software itself can be ruled out;
3) Finally, by capturing the packets of the HTTP interface and mapping on-site investigation, it was found that the user's network problem caused the incomplete display of the picture.
4) Subsequently, the user changed the network environment and performed the push test again, and all the pictures were displayed normally at this time.
