The visual inspection solution was developed by Quectel using the smart module SG865W-WF equipped with Qualcomm QCS8250 platform, as well as industrial equipment including cameras, lenses and light sources. The solution uses edge computing to analyze the test samples in real time, and based on the analysis results, identifies and screens out modules with scratches, dirt or abnormal surface printing during the production process.

By deploying this solution, Quectel has achieved industry-leading detection accuracy and speed in automated quality inspection, greatly improving the production efficiency and quality of modules.

Advanced Color Sorting Solutions

The color sorting solution adopts the Quectel SG560D intelligent module developed based on the Qualcomm QCM6490 platform, and integrates hardware such as cameras, light sources, and air guns. Color quality, effectively improve production efficiency.

The program is oriented to the field of industrial material management, and is applicable to a wide range of screening objects, from grains and nuts to recyclable paper and plastic products. Relying on the advanced visual recognition system and supporting four cameras working at the same time, this solution can handle a large number of material color sorting tasks with extremely high precision and an error rate of less than 1/200000.
