Step 1: Transaction code: PK13N, the demand side is KANBAN. The supply side is PK12N. The Kanban board function in Firoi APP is consistent with the GUI side

Because the Kanban process has not started yet, there are no replenishment elements such as production orders or purchase orders

Step 4: PK13N sets the two kanbans in the kanban to empty

 Step 5: On the semi-finished product supply side, after receiving the semi-finished product, the demand starts production and changes the Kanban status. PK12N sets the Kanban as IN-PROCESS in turn.

 

 

 The sixth step is to set Kanban to FULL. The system automatically performs 101 receipt of production orders, and the 2258 supply side of semi-finished products is only responsible for production reporting. If it is set to receive goods separately in the control cycle, only the Kanban status is controlled here, and it can be set according to the actual situation.

Create material master data

The material can be created normally.

Supply area, but if the company uses repetitive manufacturing (planned order or cloud line planned quantity), please keep the following settings: Material MRP2 maintain supply area, or production version maintain supply area, or maintain in BOM line item. The default value is set here, which is similar to the default feeding location.

Create a supply area

Definition: In SAP KANBAN, a supply area refers to an area where a material is supplied and consumed. It can be a factory, a warehouse or a production line. The supply area defines the logistics flow and inventory management of the material. In SAP KANBAN, each supply area has a unique identifier called the supply area code. This code is used to identify in which supply area the item is used and managed. By defining supply areas, you can better control the flow of materials and inventory levels, thereby increasing production efficiency and reducing inventory costs. At the beginning of the practice, I think it can be simply understood as another subdivision level under the warehouse location.
