4. Experimental steps:

1. Import the city boundary of Henan Province and the map data source of Henan Province

In the "Registration" drop-down menu in the "Data Processing" group of the "Start" tab, click the "New Registration" button, and in the pop-up "Registration Data Settings" dialog box, select Henan Province as the reference layer For the city boundary dataset, set quadratic polynomial registration and select appropriate control points.
