The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Competition time and place
The competition is planned2023 to be held at Shenyang University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (Shenbei New District, Shenyang).715-16
2. Team rules
2023Full-time undergraduate and junior college students with official student status before the summer of 2020 can participate in the competition. Each participating team is composed of 3students from the school (electric power relay, intelligent vision, complete model 5group ), and 1-2the name of the teacher leading the team. Each student can only participate in one group competition.
In this year's Northeast Division competition, each undergraduate college can have up to nine teams to sign up for the racing competition, and the same school can only have one participating team in the same racing group (full model group, first prize can only be 2one team) ). Specialist basic group is limited to junior college students.
3. Schedule
( 1) Competition registration and intra-school trials are organized by each school in accordance with the requirements of the National Organizing Committee. The materials, instruments and venues used by the participating teams to prepare for the competition will be provided by the schools where they are located.
( 2) The form of the competition is an offline competition, and the participating students bring their entries to the on-site competition.
( 3) The competition organizing committee will select projects to participate in the national finals to be held in Tianjin University of Technology in the middle and late 2023months of this year8
4. Award setting
Referring to the award setting requirements of the Organizing Committee of the National College Student Smart Car Competition, the first, second and third prizes are set in proportion according to the number of participating teams. Undergraduate schools and junior colleges participate in the same competition, but awards are set separately, and the proportion of awards is the same for undergraduate schools and junior colleges.
6. How to sign up
(1) Before July 2, 2023, (1) All members of the participating team complete the registration on the competition website and enter complete information; (2) The person in charge of the participating team fills in the complete team information, downloads and prints the registration information form after submission. Scanned copies of the registration information form stamped with the official seal of the school or department, the information of the leading teacher, and the summary form of the participating players (see the attachment for details) should be sent to the designated email address, [email protected]. Late applications will not be accepted.
(2) Submit the paper registration form stamped with the official seal of the school or department when registering for the competition.
