Enable FTP function
Select Control Panel->Programs->Programs and Features->Turn Windows Features on or off->Click on Internet Information Services, select all its subitems, and confirm after selection. (This process will take a while, depending on the performance of the computer)
create ftp site
Select Control Panel -> System and Security -> Administrative Tools -> Double-click Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
Select the website, right-click, and select Add FTP Site
Enter the FTP site name and physical path, click Next
Query the local IP address 192.XX.XX.XX (skip this step if the local IP address is not used for binding)
Select the bound ip address 192.XX.XX.XX, it is recommended to choose the same one as your current network segment, the default port is 22, select None for SSL, click Next
Select Anonymous for authentication, select all users for authorization, select read and write permissions (others have read and write permissions, if you only choose read, you only have read permission, and if you choose write, you only have write permission), click Finish after setting
verify
Enter ftp://192.XX.XX.XX:22/ in the resource manager to access the file
Note, remember to modify the firewall configuration of the FTP host or close the firewall of the host, otherwise the target folder cannot be found
