1. Main functions
Find the circle tool and find a circle area. The output is the parameters of the circle area: the position of the center of the circle (based on Fixture coordinates), and the radius, etc. The output area can be used as the input area parameter of other tools.
2. Settings
Number of calipers : Refers to the number of finding points in the radial direction on the circle involved in finding the circle. The principle is to find a point with the steepest slope in these directions, and then use it as a point to participate in circle fitting.
Shrink length : the length of the caliper
Projection length : the width of the caliper
Search direction : either from inside to outside or from outside to inside, whichever direction is clearly distinguished, choose whichever direction
Expected arc parameters : here is the value that appears by adjusting the caliper circle in the right picture by yourself, you don’t have to set it deliberately
Ignore the number of points : You can ignore the points with too large error among the participating fitting points. Generally, you can choose 5% of the total points as the ignored point.
Caliper settings:
Edge selection: If it is an edge, it is a single edge. Generally, find a circle and select an edge
Edge polarity: According to the search direction, whether it is from light to dark or from dark to light
Contrast threshold: the threshold of the slope of the set circle finding
