Huawei certification is divided into three levels from low to high: HCIA, HCIP, and HCIE.

I think the most important reason has not been mentioned by many self-media—maybe you have thought about it, the high price itself is a threshold.
Manufacturers launch certification in order to attract high-quality employment talents to their own factories and cultivate standardized technical talents for their own use.
There is a charge for providing training. If the charge is cheap, it is easy to come to a group of people with different levels of quality. Then simply learn from Cisco and set a higher price. You can filter out a wave from the price.
Although, it doesn't mean that rich people can learn technology well, but compared to free courses, the quality of students in paid courses is always better.
Moreover, after poor students make up their minds to pay, their willpower and determination will increase exponentially, and they will pay more attention to learning skills, and it will naturally be a matter of time before they get a certificate.

Take the HCIP intermediate certification test, the test fee is about 3,000 yuan;

In the eyes of most companies that require IE certificates, the value of an HCIP certificate will not make them treat them differently.
Then the 7,000 yuan is meaningless expenses. You will be drawn in by the market demand and involved in the requirement to take the HCIE certificate.

03 Is it worthwhile to take the HCIP exam?
After talking about the input cost, let's talk about the technical value and commercial value of the certificate itself.
For network engineers who have worked for less than one year, their average salary is between 4k and 8k.
But for network engineers with HCIP/CCNP certificates, their salaries will fluctuate between 6-10k.
For network engineers with HCIE/CCIE certificates, their salaries fluctuate between 10-30k.
In terms of salary, there is nothing wrong with getting a certificate.
But after confirming the research, you still have a lot to think about. After all, no matter what certificate you take, you will face a problem: after the certificate, your technical level may not be able to keep up with the level that the certificate hopes you can have.
Why does this happen?
Because no matter what the test is, as long as the certificate is obtained for the sake of obtaining a certificate, most people will be limited to the theoretical level for the pass rate. For example, in order to pass the exam quickly, you may pass the questions frantically. This is not an example.
Therefore, if you plan to do research, I suggest that you think about your learning methods from the perspective of business needs, such as:

The demand is not high, the pursuit is not high, first come to an HCIP intermediate certification, the current market is still possible.
In fact, whether the certificate has gold content or not depends on the subjective judgment of the demander.
If the employer has a need for affiliation, the higher the ranking of your IE certificate number, the higher the gold content, and the more they need you.
If the employer only looks at technology, then the certificate is just an advantage for you to brush off others, not a must.
If the employer is just starting out, does not know much about technology, and only looks at the certificate, then the certificate at this time is the only priority in their eyes.
