In the past, Laoshidan Intelligent Mine had many systems including wired, wireless, broadcasting, security monitoring, video, and personnel positioning. The systems could not be combined and integrated, and each went its own way. It was an isolated island of underground information. The main transportation system still adopts the form of manual inspection, and the environment of the main transportation system is complicated, noisy, and there are health risks. When excavation and fully mechanized mining work are carried out underground, underground workers are still mainly operating on site, and there are potential safety hazards. In order to solve this problem, the intelligent mine upgrade combines 5G core technology and big data, and plans virtual interactive applications based on 5G technology, ultra-high-definition video, intelligent working face, remote real-time control, remote collaborative operation and maintenance, underground inspection and security, etc. Coal mine underground application field. At present, a total of 45 sets of China Mobile 5G base stations have been installed underground in the Laoshidan Intelligent Mine, and the coal mine road and underground have achieved full coverage of 5G signals.


Smart mines make production work safer

In terms of safe production in smart mines, the panoramic working face roaming system is a panoramic picture of the working face assembled by installing 16 high-definition cameras on the 16402 smart working face. It is also a window for mine road personnel to understand the safety production situation of the working face. The key technology of AI inspection is used in the main transportation system and the intelligent inspection system, and realizes data sharing with the main transportation related equipment, and immediately uploads the identification information to the dispatching hall in the form of early warning and alarm, providing assistance and monitoring for the on-duty personnel. Multi-gas detection sensors, real-time monitoring of CO, H2S, CH4, O2 gases underground, equipped with smoke detection sensors, to test the smoke concentration in the roadway environment, and realize the over-limit warning function. Equipped with a high-definition camera, it realizes the ultra-clear video collection of the camera in the smart coal mine usage scene, and meets the video monitoring requirements of the robot system for the visible part along the belt. And the video window will pop up automatically during the start-stop operation and when a fault occurs, completing the video linkage logic.


At present, 100% of the fixed positions in Laoshidan Intelligent Mine have been unattended, and a management mechanism of "unified inspection + robot inspection" has been formed. Including power supply, ventilation, pressurized air, nitrogen injection, water supply, drainage, main transportation, cleaning and other 8 systems, 11 fixed positions have actually been reduced from 121 to 39 people, which has truly realized mechanized replacement and intelligent reduction.
