Undergraduate graduates worry about having no work experience, and my experience is enough to write a book.

University study + training class training is the main mode of software learning. At the same time, social students of various degrees and majors recruited in the training class exercise their skills in practice, which is quite fast and efficient, and the employment and remuneration are also good.

However, the distribution of talents is like a pyramid. There are 1,000 students in a grade, and not many people can learn more after class, and not many people can expand and improve after mastering the textbooks. There are about 100 such students based on the standard of knowing the textbooks, checking more information, and expanding and improving. After reading various materials, there are about 20 people who can practice more, apply more, and understand details.

In this way, there were 20 talents last year and 20 talents this year, which is very scarce. I have been working for so many years, and I am at most an average level.

Especially outstanding talents, some of them take the postgraduate entrance examination, and some go to big companies.

The social trainees of training institutions are short-term fast-track students, and they are very proficient in basic techniques and tools, so there is no problem. But for more difficult questions, most social students can't do it. It is really difficult for small and medium-sized enterprises to recruit talents, forming a fault line.

The reason why software is popular is that there are many companies, great demand, some basic technologies, enough employment, and not low wages.

If there is an efficient and practical club or association that can make a person progress quickly, it is a pity that such opportunities are rare.

How can we quickly improve technology?

I don't have any high-level achievements, can prove that I am very good, and there are no shortcuts. However, there are some quantitative indicators that can reflect my effort.

From September 2019 to September 2020, a total of 107 blogs were written. In one year, the number of visits increased by 30,000.

There are 100 questions written in the blog, some blogs are a big case, and some blogs talk about pure theory. An average problem involves 200 lines of code, 20,000 lines a year. A blog is about a problem. I don’t know how many related materials, tutorials, and books I have read.

There are students and other teachers in the university, of course there are technical experts and masters, but those who can write 20,000 lines must be a minority.

A person who works hard for a long time is naturally much better than a person who does not work hard for a long time.
