There are basically no free CDNs in China, and some are not very reliable. I checked for two days and compared various CDN websites. I found a relatively free one, but it requires you to advertise on the website.
Paiyun is a relatively new CDN service provider. It said that the nodes are all self-built. I will come back to evaluate it in two days.
