Import the point position into Gis, as follows (longitude and latitude represent the position):
How to use Gis to convert it into plane coordinates?
Step1 coordinate transformation
For coordinate transformation, open ArcToolbox, find "Data Management Tools" -> "Projection and Transformation" -> "Element" -> "Projection", and configure it as shown in the figure below.
1. Select the dataset to be transformed;
2. Select input coordinates; [Latitude and longitude coordinates]
3. Output dataset or feature class;
4. Select output coordinates; [plane coordinates]
Step2
Construct the plane coordinates, and use the geometry field of the Feature to obtain the data of the plane coordinates.
Step3
The data to obtain the plane coordinates are as follows.
Find the *.dbf file (such as Output.dbf) in the folder where the file is located, and open it with Excel to see the plane coordinates we have converted. Just copy the corresponding fields to where you need them!
